Is Jetshop Free really for free?

Yes. You don’t have to pay us anything for your online store or for mail support. When you sign up for a Jetshop Free account you are not committed to a subscription. You can start up and then leave whenever you like, without any charges.

There is, however, a small fee for transactions being made in your shop. The charge per transaction is 7.5% of the total transaction sum + 5 SEK (approximately 0,5 €). The transaction fee is charged directly by our payment partner Payson, before the paying customer’s money gets to your account. There are no other costs or fees involved, period.

You can use your Jetshop Free as much as you want, store as many gigabytes as you need and have as many visitors as you can without being charged anything. So, to sum it up:

You can only earn money, never lose it
You can leave whenever you want, with no obligations
You will never get an invoice from us or owe us anything
